The developer had to dig quite deep into the ground to find bed-rock to lay the foundation of the building. A month or so ago when I visited the site, a construction worker on the ground, told me that the foundation digging had gone down almost 30 to 40 feet below surface level.
On May 17th, 2010, the building seemed to progressed well. The top of the T shape had been constructed from the base bed rock to almost ground floor level. The tail of the T had been built further and has some stilts in addition. These pictures from the May visit.

ReplyDeleteHi Sunny, it would be nice to get some more clarity on the 'Service Apartment' definition prior to signing the Agreement for Sale. One will have to check with the Royal Palms Customer Service team to find if the higher taxes will kick in on Agreements registered in June '10.

1. Outside plastering is going on hence in first look you feel that construction is almost complete
2. No sign of lift
Inside plastering is completed up to 4 floor
3. Electricity provider is yet to finalize
4. No BMC water in next 2 years (read the contract document)
